# 8 Brandon Suite

Brandon Suite has two adjoining rooms with a queen bed, two twin beds and room for a cot to sleep 3 to 5 guests.  The Brandon Suite has a private shared bath between the rooms.  Has 6 windows with plantation shutters.

George Washington Brandon was married to Frances Louise Hoff, residing in Woodbine, GA from around 1900 to 1930.  George was the first Mayor of Woodbine.  Their original home in Woodbine has been carefully restored.  He was partners in the Brandon-Davis Lumber Company and most certainly assisted his sisters with the Riverview Hotel.  He died at the hotel at the age of 59 while visitng his sisters at the hotel.
