PLEASE NOTE: No discounts (including single occupancy rates) are offered during high season - March 15th to July 15th as well as other peak demand times during the year. Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If an earlier/later check-in/out is necessary we can work with you. Make sure that you check with the front desk when reservations are made, generally we can accomodate special requests.
Children: Children are allowed, no matter the ages. Please, keep in mind that this hotel is over a hundred years old and much of the furniture and decoration is from the same era. We ask that your children are supervised and respect everything on the property, and appreciate your guidance in helping them to understand just how fragile some of the antiques we have can be.
Pets: pets are allowed with a $25 pet fee/per pet. This is to cover additional time for cleaning the room, and to change over bedding (we have comforters that are specifically for this, to help with allergies for those who do not have pets). It is important that we know before you arrive as it could slow or impede the check-in process.
Smoking Policy: The enitre building is non-smoking. You may smoke at the Patio Bar (where our live music is performed) or out on the terrace upstairs. Please use available ashtrays and be respectful of the property.
Payment: $50 deposit upon reservation preferred (refundable if cancellation policy is followed). This will ensure that your room is reserved for you, and helps us to ensure that reservations are kept at your end. The reservation is secured by your credit card. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to your card upon check in, unless one of the other forms of payment has been chosen. Acceptable payment options: AmEx, Visa/MC, Discover, Check, or Cash.
TAX: The State of Georgia requires us to collect 7% Sales Tax, and an additional 6% room tax for tourism.
Cancellation policy: Normal cancellation - 24-hours; Groups (3 or more rooms) 48-hours; event weekends, 72-hours. Otherwise a payment of one night's lodging will apply.
